More Than a Coin
Six months ago, Class 830 was a room full of strangers. Since then we've run the same hills before sunrise, studied the same long nights, and picked each other up every time the academy knocked us down. What started as individuals is graduating as one.
This coin is how we mark it, struck once for our class in hard enamel and never run again. It's the kind of piece that lives in a shadow box or on a desk for years.
And it isn't just for the class. It's for the friends, the family, and the staff and mentors who supported us every step of the way. They each played a vital part in the start of a long and great career, and this is how we put a piece of it in their hands.
Every coin gives back, too. $10 from each one goes to our graduation banquet, so the people who carried us through these six months can be in the room when it's finally official.
